Our apartments in Valdaora at Kronplatz are furnished in a cozy Tyrolean style, spacious and equipped with a fully fitted kitchen. They feature a balcony with mountain views, a kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, as well as a comfortable living area with TV. Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen including dishes and cutlery. Guests also benefit from a ski storage room, free WiFi throughout the house, laundry service on request, a baby cot on request and covered parking.

Rates, children's discounts & local tourist tax
The indicated prices apply to 2 persons per night with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Additional guests:
- Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge.
- Children from 3 to 9.99 years: € 10.00 per night.
- Guests aged 10 and over: € 20.00 per night.
- Baby equipment is available free of charge on request.
Local tourist tax
The local tourist tax is charged according to current municipal regulations and currently amounts to € 2.50 per person and night for all guests aged 14 and over. It is shown separately on the final invoice.
Included services
The price includes bed linen, hand towels and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV and free WiFi, electricity and heating, bread delivery service, final cleaning as well as all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tourist tax.

Deposit
Reservations can be made by email. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit of € 200.00. Please indicate your name as payment reference.

Payment
Please settle the final invoice, including the local tourist tax, on the day before departure. The following payment methods are accepted:
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier; in this case, we will provide a room to store your luggage and change. Please note that the apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive late, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM. Alternative times may be possible upon request, depending on availability.
Cancellations and Holiday cancellation insurance
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: free cancellation
- From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged
- In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged
To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG: www.europaeische.at.
