Our apartments in Valdaora at Kronplatz are furnished in a cozy Tyrolean style, spacious and equipped with a fully fitted kitchen. They feature a balcony with mountain views, a kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, as well as a comfortable living area with TV. Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen including dishes and cutlery. Guests also benefit from a ski storage room, free WiFi throughout the house, laundry service on request, a baby cot on request and covered parking.

Rates and reductions
The rates apply to a minimum stay of 5 nights and are based on 2 people per apartment per night. Each additional person is charged €20 per night.
The price includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity and heating, bread roll service, final cleaning, as well as all charges and taxes, with the exception of the local tourist tax.
The local tourist tax is calculated according to the municipal regulations in force at the time of your stay and currently amounts to €2.50 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over.
Reductions for children
- Children under 2.99 stay free
- Children aged between 3 and 9.99 years can stay for only € 10 per day.
- Equipment for infants available free on request
Pets
We charge € 20 per day (without food) for the four-legged member of your family. Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet.
Supplements and terms of payment
Deposit: You can book by email. The reservation is valid as soon as the €200 deposit is received. Please give your name as the reason for the banker's order.

Payment: Please pay in cash when you get here.
From 1 January 2016, Italian law prohibits cash payments for amounts exceeding € 2,999.99. The following payment methods are permitted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier; in this case, we will provide a room to store your luggage and change. Please note that the apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive late, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM. Alternative times may be possible upon request, depending on availability.
Cancellations and Holiday cancellation insurance
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: free cancellation
- From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged
- In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged
To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG: www.europaeische.at.
